Hello, everyone. How are you?
I hope everything is going well.
I'm spending these days resting a lot. When I say resting, it's actually a bit tiring or exhausting for me. Because doing nothing doesn't always feel good to people who are used to working. Naturally, it's like people who aren't used to working get tired quickly when they try to do something...
The body always wants what it's used to. Is it a vicious cycle or the dialectic of life? It could be both. People who eat constantly gain weight, and as they gain weight, their appetite increases. Eating is the catalyst for the desire to eat. In other words, doing something is the way to keep doing it... I've gone on too long about this, but what I mean is that doing nothing tires me more than working these days.
I took the photo above in 2018. It popped up yesterday while I was browsing through my Google photos. It took me back to the past. My husband's brother and I went for an afternoon walk. We walked to a high place opposite the village. Of course, we talked about work during the walk. He is a civil engineer and works in the private sector. We chatted about the advantages and disadvantages of the private sector. Every job and sector has its good sides and its difficult sides. The conversation continued along these lines.
We sat on a high rock where we went and watched the view of our humble village. Now I regret not taking a photo of the village too, but there's nothing I can do about it. As we sat there, sunset came, and I'm glad I didn't miss that moment and took a photo. When I found the photo, I was very pleased. It also reminded me of those days and made me a little emotional. Time flies by so quickly. So many things happen in a person's life. Everything in our lives changes rapidly. Without us noticing, without us feeling it... When I found this photo, I wanted to write a little and share it here.
I don't usually write this much, but today it just felt right. When it comes from the heart, who knows what you might write... That's all for now. See you soon.
