Please stay back from such schemes (specially on the twitter pages of the exchanges).
On the official news of any exchange's twitter page, you will find several comments of the fake twitter account of that very exchange asking for some amount of ETH or BTC to give you more.
Stay away from those scammers!
They even use bot accounts or fake accounts to get "approved" replies on their thread to gain general public's interest.
