Feliz día queridos hivers, hoy les traigo una receta totalmente diferente, donde una maravillosa compañía se fusiona con los ingredientes y desde -mi hogar- el aroma del más purito amor es la clave de esta sazón…
El capítulo de hoy se titula: Colorido encuentro.
El pasado sábado tuve un encuentro con una hivers genial, que junto a 
El viernes en la noche, recibo un mensaje de la bella genio y me dice; mañana voy a Caracas y en ese instante acordamos el lugar de encuentro cerca de mi morada, estuvo puntual a la hora acordada. Luego de la alegría del encuentro, la invite a hacer un recorrido por los mercaditos de mi preferencia para buscar los alimentos que nos acompañarían en el compartir. Buscamos el aguacate maduro sintiendo su cremosidad y entre tantos que vimos ninguno me pico el ojo 🥑🤣. Las papas se dejan acariciar, las vainitas, la lechuga y las espinacas me seducían con su hermoso verdor.
Tomamos el transporte hacia mi casa y en lo más alto de la montaña nos paramos en el mirador a disfrutar de la cuidad en todo su esplendor.
A la bella genio, le digo Yen por cariño y para este encuentro tan especial -como lo suelo hacer con seres que quiero- decidí cocinar algo ligero, fresco y delicioso, así que veamos los ingredientes y manos a la obra.
Los ingredientes dispuestos en el mesón listos para el banquete; plátanos verdes, berenjenas, calabacín, huevos, espinacas y zanahorias.
Cabe señalar, debido a la conversa agradable que mantuvimos, los celulares pasaron a un segundo plano y solo pudimos capturar algunas imágenes, y como es de esperarse, disfrutarnos en plano nuestra compañía.
Entre libros, té y risas, cocinamos un delicioso almuerzo.
Es tanta la dicha cocinar para mi, es la manera que concibo para celebrar al otro, por eso brota de mi hacerlo desde el gozo, de la alegría, en compañía de seres tan maravillosos que nos envuelven con su presencia así como es
Siento como una invitación a encontrarnos si estamos en el mismo espacio geográfico y dar ese abrazo dejado en letras al comentar un post.
Así como comenzó este encuentro en el mirador maravilloso cerca de mi casa, también fue la despedida. Entre los rayos del padre sol escondido por las nubes, dándole paso a la neblina, junto al sonido de las hojas de los árboles, estos gestos de la naturaleza son de agradecimiento, tal como nosotras lo vivíamos ese momento en plena gratitud.
Gracias universo, a la vida, a Yen y a HIVE por este encuentro, que ahora se hace imborrable. ❤️

On Friday night, I receive a message from the beautiful genius and she tells me; tomorrow I am going to Caracas and at that moment we agreed on the meeting place near my home, she was punctual at the agreed time. After the joy of the meeting, I invited her to make a tour of the markets of my preference to look for the food that would accompany us in the sharing. We looked for the ripe avocado feeling its creaminess and among so many that we saw none of them caught my eye 🥑🤣. The potatoes let themselves be caressed, the beans, lettuce and spinach seduced me with their beautiful greenery.
We took the transportation to my house and at the top of the mountain we stopped at the lookout point to enjoy the city in all its splendor.
To the beautiful genius, I call her Yen out of affection and for this special meeting -as I usually do with people I love- I decided to cook something light, fresh and delicious, so let's see the ingredients and let's get to work.
Ingredients laid out on the counter ready for the banquet; green bananas, eggplants, zucchini, eggs, spinach and carrots.
*It should be noted that, due to the pleasant conversation we had, cell phones took a back seat and we were only able to capture a few images and, as expected, enjoy each other's company.
Between books, tea and laughter, we cooked a delicious lunch.
It is such a joy to cook for me, it is the way I conceive to celebrate the other, that is why it springs from me to do it from joy, from happiness, in the company of such wonderful beings that surround us with their presence as well as
I feel like an invitation to meet if we are in the same geographical space and give that embrace I leave in letters when commenting on a post.
Just as this meeting began at the wonderful viewpoint near my house, it was also the farewell. Between the rays of the sun hidden by the clouds, giving way to the mist, together with the sound of the leaves of the trees, these gestures of nature are of gratitude, just as we lived that moment in full gratitude.
