Hii steemians today is a very beautiful weather like i have no words to describe so i thought of expessing it by cooking a dish and here is the recepie for all of you.
Ingridents required for fillig-
1 cup chopped carrot .
1 cup chopped capsicum.
1 cup peas .
Some tomatoes
Chilles if needed
Chili flakes
Oregano
Sweet corn
Tomato ketchup
Cheese
Ingridents for the dough -
1 cup flour
Salt to taste
Oil
How to make -
- Put some oil in the pan and put in the garlic. When garlic turns a little golden add the veggies and fry. I myself preffered the crunchyness of the veggies so i din't boil it.
- Then add the oregano, chili flakes salts and tomato ketchup .
The filling is ready. - Now make dough out of the flour and roll out small circular piece and keep it aside.
- Now add the filling and cheese and close the side by adding little bit of water on the side and make any desing u want.
- Serve hot with ketchup by it .
