Correct Me?
October 15, 2021
As Jeremiah prayed to God, he made an appeal to be better, to become more like God, and to be made right. When he prayed as asked God to correct him, he was recognizing the fallibility or tendency for man to make mistakes. He was recognizing God as the source of all things right. In our on lives, this is a good prayer to practice daily. Becoming righteous is a process that has to begin with an acknowledgment that we belong to God and that the source of truth and knowledge starts with Him. So ask God to make you right. Ask Him to correct you as Jeremiah did. It is the beginning of a process that will lead to your best life. Amen.
Correct me, as I deserve, but not in your anger, or I will be dead. Jeremiah 10:24
