Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast Roll Recipe
Warm French toast rolls stuffed with creamy strawberry cheesecake filling then tossed in cinnamon sugar make fun breakfast treats. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, strawberries, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until well combined. Trim the crust off each slice of bread and flatten it out with a rolling pin.
Preparation. Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin. Spread the desired amount of cream cheese and strawberries along the edge of the bread, and roll up. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Dip each roll-up in egg mixture, and pan fry in a buttered skillet until all sides are golden brown.
