The truth is that most people quit posting into steem if they don't earn any money. I see that steem reward is only for popular people who have audince already. I haven't earned anything yet even I have posted many posts and comments.
Why steemit don't change their algorithm for noobies? They could reward all posts with some cash and then they could get millions of users in a very short time. Imo they should change their algorith for noobies.
