@isaac-mir que hacemos vida en el circuito de barras las ballenitas, se nos ocurrió la idea de hacer combos de estáticos tanto en paralelas y barra fija. En ese momento motivados realizamos diferentes movimientos combinando entre Front Lever y Plancha la verdad cada día se mejora y se alcanza mucho más nivel me siento muy contento de poder demostrar lo mucho que se puede alcanzar practicando este deporte sin más que agregar me despido.
