The rings are training accessories that are used a lot by gymnasts to carry out their competitions and elements. In calisthenics, these devices are also used for progress. In fact, they are the most difficult to master, as well as the static ones since I currently have I use some rings at home from time to time since the workouts there are really very hard to do and as a goal I hope to achieve some elements of gymnastics in them. On this occasion, together with my training partner @ashura, we are training basic exercises to strengthen and get used to the rings, without further ado, we will see you another time.Contenido Original Creado por
