as we know oranges are a fruit that is loved by many people both young and adults, oranges are one of the fruits that are high in vitamin C, actually this is not the first time I have made orange juice, as a child I very often drank orange juice made by my mother, and when I grew up I started practicing it myself, I felt very happy the first time I could make orange juice at that time, and the orange juice that I made was also praised by my mother, that's where my pleasure doubled hehehe, but now it's very easy to make orange juice recipes you can also look for them on the internet or other social media, but for now we see that a lot of orange juice is modified in various ways so that it looks very attractive and delicious
early 2021 I experienced very severe acne, I even used all the doctor's medicines but there were no satisfactory results, and when I consulted my doctor I told me to maintain my diet and drink orange juice regularly, 1 month regularly I drink orange juice without the sugar finally worked, the acne disappeared even my skin looks bright and healthy, I have proven myself how good orange juice is for the skin, and there are also several other benefits that I can feel like bright skin, and my weight has dropped by up to 2 kg / months are amazing, not about the benefits, that's my experience for 1 month regularly consuming orange juice
Materials needed to make milk orange juice:
2 sunkist oranges
5 spoons of white sugar
1 spoon of chia seeds
500 ml of water
200 ml white UHT milk

steps in making milk orange juice:
Step 1
take 2 oranges then halve and don't forget to remove the seeds so they won't be bitter later when they are juiced, then take the orange flesh from the skin
then prepare a blender, then add the orange flesh earlier
Step 2
then add sugar, then add 500 ml
water and then a blender, I chose to blend it rather than squeeze it so that the orange pulp tastes better when you drink it later
Step 3
after dilbender then prepare a glass then add ice cubes then pour the orange juice before, until half the glass is not full
Step 4
then for the second layer add white UHT milk, and for the top add chia seeds and pieces of sunktis orange as decoration
