OK Electronics Steemers, need your help with something..

So, my brother in law found out his TV died and won't turn on. I nailed it down to a capacitor in the power supply that's opened. Unfortunately, the part number (CD331K) turns up NOTHING, however there's these other ratings on it. Can anyone tell me what I can use in lieu of the capacitor that was originally there?
