Así como la osadía te empujó
A abismos cardinales
De escarpadas ilusiones
Torrente de azahares
Así como la noche se vistió
Inciensos la cortina
Musitadas notas
ritmo y malabares
Así robaste el fuego
De ninguna parte
Y todos los lados
Así naufragaste al arte
Mares sin iguales
Anclado de misterios
Y ahora abrazado por cadenas
Añoras el vuelo
Pero es tarde
Aunque el fuego es de todos lados
Tú eres de ninguna parte.

Just as daring pushed you
To cardinal abysses
Of steep illusions
Torrent of orange blossoms
Just as the night dressed
incense the curtain
Mused notes
rhythm and juggling
So you stole the fire
From nowhere
And all sides
So you shipwrecked art
Seas without equal
Anchored by mysteries
And now embraced by chains
You long for flight
But it is late
Though the fire is from nowhere
You are from all sides.
