| Arroz blanco | 100 gr. |
| Leche liquida | 1 lt. |
| Canela en rama | 1 |
| Azúcar | 100 gr. |
| Coco rallado | 50 gr. |

| White rice | 100 gr. |
| Liquid milk | 1 lt. |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 |
| Sugar | 100 gr. |
| Grated coconut | 50 gr. |
In a thick-bottomed pan place the rice, milk and cinnamon stick. Important to put the flame low.
Cook for 45 min over low heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking and burning.
After 45 min and when we observe a creamy consistency we proceed to add the sugar and mix to integrate. Immediately after adding the sugar we must turn off the flame.
Add the grated coconut and mix again.
We should have a creamy consistency and a soft grain. We can remove the cinnamon sticks and serve. If we wish we can add cinnamon powder.
