Hoy quiero enseñarles cómo hacer un sabroso dulce de coco o lo que comúnmente llamamos en este pueblo, encaramado de coco.

Today I want to show you how to make a tasty coconut candy or what we commonly call in this town, encaramado de coco.
Para eso utilicé los siguientes ingredientes:
Azúcar.
Vainilla.
Color vejetal amarillo.
Coco.
For this I used the following ingredients:
Sugar.
Vanilla.
Yellow vejetal color.
Coconut.
Realización:
Primero empecé pelando el coco le saque el agua para luego recortarlo en pedazos muy delgados,de 4 a 5cms de largo aproximadamente.
How to make it:
First I started by peeling the coconut, removing the water and then cutting it into very thin pieces, approximately 4 to 5 centimeters long.
Luego lo puse a Fuego lento con un poquito de agua y le agregué dos tazas de azúcar,una cucharada de vainilla y 3 gotas de color vejetal amarillo luego fuy meneando lentamente hasta que hiciera consistencia.
Then I put it on low heat with a little water and added two cups of sugar, a spoonful of vanilla and 3 drops of yellow vejetal color, then I slowly stirred it until it became a consistency.
Luego deje que secara un poco más y ya estará listo el dulce. Ya solo nos queda servir en porciones pequeñas y a disfrutar de nuestro delicioso dulce.
