It is the second week of the marathon, and it has been an amazing experience so far. And we are to showcase two(2) hand symbols, one representing a team and one for the individual. Stay tuned while I showcase the wonderful hand symbols.
This marathon has really helped me to be more committed, do more on HIVE, and get to know more about HIVE. I can boldly say that these few days of the marathon have helped me achieve a lot and learn more.
Hand symbol for my team"Lotus Mudra"
Image design by me
I came up with this hand symbol when we were asked to submit it yesterday. It was so difficult for me to get the symbol, but it actually came out great. I wasn't expecting the team to like it; I just obeyed instructions. I am glad I was able to contribute something tangible.
Lotus Mudra Pose was performed with the two thumbs and the two pinky fingers touching, and the rest of the fingers spread wide. The lotus mudra (which, of course, symbolizes the lotus flower) is used to open the heart center. This, in turn, amplifies our self-love and our feelings of love for other living beings.
I can categorically say that this marathon has taught me self-love with a lot of educational posts I have come across and also helped me to love others. If we don't share love together as a team, the group will fail, and in my group @teamflash, I see love among ourselves, also the love is been extended to supporting our posts, commenting and upvoting, even going the extra mile to other microblogging sites to post our work isn't this sweet? and we are able to come up with a hand symbol that speaks exactly about
@teamflash
each day of the marathon, I keep doing the wrong thing but I'd be happy that I completed my tasks then my team leader @merit.ahama will privately chat with me, and tell me my post has been reported. I'm not following the rules, I'd just feel bad and feel like giving up, but she will encourage me again and make me see how much she believes in me.
My Hand symbol is "Kubera Mudra"
Image design by me
This is performed by bringing the index and middle fingers to the tip of the thumb, with the other two fingers extended, The Kubera mudra pulls together the elements of fire, air, and ether. This mudra is said to attract prosperity. Thus, you might use this mudra while practicing manifestation visualization. This mudra is named after the Hindu God of wealth and good luck.
When I stumble upon this, I love it because it speaks about humans' major concerns in life. The major purpose of all our struggles is to make good money and live well, and in the midst of all these, everyone desires good luck.
This is my response to the Dreemport Marathon Challenge.
