I just love chicken. Chicken leg quarters are inexpensive to buy at the supermarket. They cost around 69 cents a pound. The secret to making them taste good, is in the seasoning! I love cooking with herbs and spices. It elevates your food to another level. This recipe will make your house smell amazing!
This wet rub consists of paprika, chili powder, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, Coriander, thyme, oregano, basil and olive oil. These ingredients are packed with flavors and are key to what makes these Chicken Leg quarters mouth-watering.
Make sure to rub the mixture under the skin. This will penetrate into the meat and be super delish!
Ingredients used :
⭐️ 4 chicken leg quarters (skin-on with bone)
⭐️1 tablespoon paprika
⭐️1 tablespoon salt
⭐️ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
⭐️1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
⭐️1 tablespoon olive oil
⭐️½ teaspoon chili powder
⭐️½ teaspoons black pepper
