I think Oscar is basically saying here judge not less thee be judged in a nutshell. I supposed for the block chain and the steem platform this means to be tolerant of all types of content that doesn't have too much of a negative impact on you and your neighbours. Its a platform all about high quality positive empowering and uplifting content. I think as long as the language used on the platform is positive there should be no problem. Political content however may have a rocking the boat kind of effect. I am not saying don't upload it . If you do so you should have a utilitarian outlook with teh intent of spreading the most positive and pro social message you feel the need to express on the platform. This is my opinion.
