Frustration is good news because it is the sign that we are already inside, that we have put something in, that a part of us is still pushing even if the fastest voice tells us to stop. If you get tired, you rest. And if you decide to continue, then why get frustrated??? if you are learning to read the fall as information. Maybe it is, because one should not let up even under the water, one has to insist and perspire patience and perseverance, but it is beautiful to see how much one learns, one enjoys to go on overcoming. Although it is complicated sometimes. Many years ago I quit smoking for about 40 years and today, very close to 70 years old, sometimes I feel like smoking again, to put smoke back through my mouth and nose. Any vice is complicated. It's like when we are saying something and we declare that I can't, it's declaring something, and this doesn't mean that we are going through something, even if we follow it without thinking we are closing the process. It's like starting again and insisting, and this is being difficult, this means that there is someone inside (myself) who always keeps pushing, this reminds me when at my 9 years old I received guitar lessons three times a week, with the crazy FA major and one says, I don't hit a musical note well, I wanted to get it by strumming and nothing, at the end of the class I would throw the instrument to bed and say today I can't play the guitar 🎸 as if three times a week were enough to condemn my life and my desire to learn to play the guitar, and not get frustrated in the attempt, that is a diagnosis of I can't or I don't want to. Although I say it without thinking that the error was not in my fingers, it was in the verb in which I really can't because maybe I have a real physical impairment. In general, it does not even reach the difficulty because there is an impossibility and that is that when we feel difficulty it is because we entered the process and that we have already put something of our own there. It is like telling us that the difficulty is the price of the movement and the one who makes the stumble and locates us. And that FA major that doesn't come out of our guitar tells us exactly where we are. And this happens because we are and it is real information of the path where attention and advancement coexist.
