I have read a few articles about upvote services on Steemit. Some of you like them and some do not.
Are they really worthwhile?
When you spend hours of your time to write an article and then post it only to make a few cents from it or it gets only a few, if any, comments, it becomes quite disheartening. Well, for me it does.
So I tried to analyze the effect it has on my posts by using a few of these services.
The ones I use are as follows:
For the purpose of this article I have chosen three of my previous posts that have paid out to my wallet.

As you can see by my figures it is not really worthwhile to use these Upvote Services for self profit.
However, I will probably still use them for only one purpose and that is to give my curators a boost.
