Coffee for me, has become part of my family, of my day to day, when I wake up in the morning and realize that there is no coffee to prepare, I get cranky and even scold my husband and / or son for not having reminded me or insisted to buy coffee the day before, so now I perfectly understand my grandmother and all those who suffered in 2016 when there was no coffee on the shelves of supermarkets.
Already a few days ago, I shared with you about my visits to the Paramo Café locations in Centro and then the one in Sabana Grande, in both I told them that they sell different roasts for consumption, I even shared some pictures, what I did not know is that in some supermarkets and stores you can get one of these presentations, the one they called, if I am not mistaken, for external sale, So a few days ago, when I went shopping with my husband, while buying the pending items on the list, among them was the coffee, it turned out that in the store where we went, they had the presentation of Paramo Coffee 250 grams, which you can see in the photos, I was very funny, because my husband immediately and without hesitation requested it and even got excited.
Now, it turns out that my husband had tasted this coffee before, at a friends house and being a much more coffee drinker (addict) than me, he was fascinated with its flavor and that is why he did not hesitate to ask for it, as well as when he arrived home I took a picture of the packaging next to the cup since he was desperate to prepare coffee, well more than usual, hahaha.
On the other hand, as for this coffee, I recommend it 100%, it is of excellent quality, it is not necessary to exaggerate with the measure of the coffee pot, so that it really tastes like coffee, as has happened to me with other brands, which I will not mention here, in my case, I will tell you how I prepare the coffee at home, since I can give you some ideas to make the coffee better or to make it less red.
The coffee pot that we gave to my grandmother some time ago, turned out to be of very poor quality, or maybe we abused it by leaving it on so much, to keep the coffee hot, the result was that the resistance was damaged and melted part of the plastic that surrounded it, hahaha, but we still left it at home to brew the coffee there, now how do we prepare the coffee, I will share it with you in the following paragraph.
Therefore and for this we use any pot in which we know it can contain the same measure of the cup of the coffee pot, there we pour the water and to it we add the coffee grounds, that has been made in the morning, that to take out all the flavor that still remains, if it is a good coffee like the one that I am presenting here and you are going to take a less red coffee, which is the flavor that I love and that is known in Venezuela as guayoyo, which is nothing more than a very soft or clear coffee, While the water boils with the grounds, new ground coffee is placed in the coffee pot or strainer, two measures, two and a half or more depending on how clear or strong you want your coffee, in the case of this coffee with two measures of the ones that the coffee pot comes with is enough since as I said it is of very good quality, with other brands I have had to place three or even more to achieve a coffee taste.
Next step, as soon as the water boils with the grounds, you can give some turns with the purpose that the grounds release all the coffee flavor that it still has and then proceed to brew, the next step, very logical, besides expected is to drink your delicious coffee.
In conclusion, if you go shopping and see this presentation of Paramo Café or pass by any of its stores and you can acquire this presentation or any of the others, which I have not tried and believe me I want to do it, buy it without hesitation, it is coffee of very good quality, you will not be disappointed at all, so I say goodbye hoping to soon narrate in this beautiful community some other experience in the coffee is present and in honor of my grandmother who recently passed away and for whom coffee was her favorite drink.
