I posted these unusual flowers early last week in a couple of posts - one was a visit to old Ampang town (yes, that's what it is called) where I shot an old shophouse I fancied and another was on the flower, well, its half opened buds themselves.
As those were in black and white, many wondered how the coloured versions looked like. I mentioned the flowers looked like little green doves grooming or preening their back feathers. I guess that tickled their fancy and well, maybe the monochrome versions didn't convince them that much! 😄
So... Here they are... in full colour!
Hope the ones who wanted to view them in colour see these!

And the flowers are green... well, the part that looks like the birds anyway... encased in opened pink pod-like petals!
Hmmm, I'm wondering if they look like they are blowing long trumpets here
Maybe not... Wrong end... lol!
