Maybe you’ve just stepped into a new leadership role—or maybe you aspire to have one. But ask yourself: would people still follow you if you didn’t have the title? Many believe that leadership is about having a position or a title. But true leadership goes far beyond that.

En esta segunda parte de mi taller sobre liderazgo te cuento cómo los verdaderos líderes no necesitan el respaldo de un título o puesto para influir. En este episodio te explico los 5 niveles del liderazgo:

1. Posición – te siguen porque deben.

2. Permiso – te siguen porque quieren.

3. Producción – te siguen por tus resultados.

4. Desarrollo – te siguen porque los haces crecer.

5. Pináculo – te siguen por quién eres.
