🎶Meanwhile, some music for you to enjoy as you read. This piece is part of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, particularly the first of the 4 violin concertos, called Spring.

Attended a special member appreciation dinner recently and had a wonderful time catching up with good friends and fellow members over a sumptuous banquet meal.
Got the best door gift from a lucky dip.
Then went in to look for a seat.
After most people were here, we had photo-taking.
Then time to eat.
I grabbed a bowl of laksa first.
It was good.
It was a joyous gathering with everyone cheerfully gathering around the round tables, raising their glasses for a hearty cheers and toasts to great friendship and good health.
Then went to check out the other food. Only skipped the beef which people said was not nice anyway. The fried chicken was good.
Everyone was in high spirits throughout the night, taking photos and enjoying each other's warm company at every table.
The meal ended on a sweet note with delicious desserts. I got a a warm, rich Bubur Cha Cha packed with sweet potato and yam pieces in coconut milk.
Finally, ending with a refreshing chilled mixed fruits with jelly and longans.
Thanks to the organiser for the group photo.
