@abrahamjsr, today I want to share with you an exercise routine with which we will work very effectively our pectorals, shoulders and triceps.
Dicha rutina está armada con ejercicios básicos nivel e intermedio, enfocada en nuestra en nuestros pectorales y enfocada en potenciar nuestra fuerza de empuje, para hacer la rutina solo necesitaremos de la ayuda de nuestro suelo.
This routine is made up of basic level and intermediate exercises, focused on our pecs and focused on boosting our pushing strength, to do the routine we will only need the help of our floor.
Para esta rutina estaremos trabajando en base a los siguientes ejercicios:
Flexiones Diamantes: 10Reps/5Sets
Descanso: 20 Segundos.Flexiones Explosivas: 10Reps/4Sets
Descanso: 20 Segundos.Flexiones Declinadas: Maximo Reps/4Sets
Descanso: 20 Segundos.Máximo aguante más 5Reps/4Sets
Descanso: 20 Segundos.
For this routine we will be working on the following exercises:
Diamond Push-Ups: 10Reps/5Sets
Rest: 20 Seconds.Flexiones.Explosive Push-Ups: 10Reps/4Sets
Rest: 20 Seconds.Declined Push-Ups: Max Reps/4Sets
Rest: 20 Seconds.Maximum hold plus 5Reps/4Sets
Rest: 20 Seconds.
