So, first of all you'll notice that I called this a Full Irish Breafast. Another word you often here associated with this breakfast is a fry or fry up but I didn't call it this because what I often make is a grill up. I'll admit that it's not quite as tasty as it's fried cousin, but it's definitely healthier.
The fry up or grill up is a very popular Irish breakfast, certainly not something you would eat every day, but most Irish people would have one around once a week and any time they stay at a hotel or guesthouse in Ireland. These establishments also offer a continental breakfast, but not too many Irish people opt for this healthy option in my experience.
STEP 1 - Grab yourself a big strong Mug of Tea.
The trustee cup of tea is a must as part of the full Irish Breafast, although some do opt for coffee.
STEP 2 - Turn on the grill and put your bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes and puddings on under a medium heat.
STEP 3 - Now get your eggs on. I fried mine, but you might opt to poach or scramble yours.
STEP 4 - Pop your bread in the toaster, and butter both slices when ready and put jam on one of them.
Bon Appetite

That's it from me. Let me know what you think of the full Irish. Have you ever had one? Is grilling it plain wrong? Do you add anything else like beans?
On that note I often have beans, but they have to be in a seprate little bowl or vessel, so the bean juice doesn't get all over the rest of the food. Am weird or are you the same!?
