Don't Fear the Reaper actually reminds me a lot of this favorite song of mine from the Stunning and it sounds like they kind of lifted the main riff from this song and just sped it up a bit.

Totally agree with @meesterboom about the solo WTF.. Talk about ruining a song!

A good preponderance of bass going through that trio, good work auld stock.
