We are a bit afraid to go near mountains because of fire!

We would love some recommendations on places to go with kids nearby, we have 3 boys (nearly 4, 6 and 9)

Also some food recommendations would be great. We love Marques in San Pedro which is a Dutch tapas place, always like places the locals go with good quality reasonably priced food.
