A house with three boys twelve years of age and younger is a busy house. Add two Spanish students and it becomes a very busy house.
That's especially true when it comes to dinner time.
Last night I kept things simple. Lettuce with balsamic vinegar and rice, passata and salmon. They really do love their seafood.
Salmon, tuna, monkfish, mackerel have all made an appearance.
I really think the simpler the food, the better it tends to be for you.
I also think that we should all be eating more fish. A lot more fish. We have no excuse in Ireland, as an island country with rich fishing waters to the North, South, East and West.
