Hello to all hive users 🤗❤️🙏
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂
You have likely experienced moments in your life where you felt guided in a certain direction, or perhaps you were faced with a decision involving multiple options, yet your mind seemed to lean toward one specific choice. People often speak of having a "gut feeling" that a particular course of action is the right one; while terms may vary, the underlying meaning is the same: an intuitive sense or inner signal pointing you toward a specific choice. Gut feelings play a significant role when you need to make an educated guess—such as when trading stocks. In situations where you must rely on estimation rather than certainty, you might analyze charts or news and then form an intuitive sense—a feeling—that a stock is poised to rise or fall. Similarly, we make many decisions in life based on these inner feelings; while they may not always prove correct, they do provide us with a valuable sense of direction.

Instinct is essentially an inner voice urging us to take a specific course of action and focus on it. It is primarily an internal feeling shaped by past experiences and the decisions our minds have made previously. However, it is not always infallible and should not be relied upon completely; while it might guide you correctly when making decisions for yourself, it could lead you astray when dealing with situations involving others where you lack sufficient experience. Therefore, while it is unwise to place absolute trust in it, we can certainly consider it as one perspective to help inform our decisions.
You may have experienced situations where a stranger is seated near you and you wish to strike up a conversation—perhaps you are in an unfamiliar city and need directions—but before approaching them, you notice they look angry or seem to be in a bad mood. Your immediate instinct might be to avoid speaking to them, fearing they might be rude; however, that assumption isn't necessarily correct. While their outward appearance might seem stern, they could actually be a kind-hearted person willing to help you. We often encounter situations where external appearances create a negative impression, leading us to make incorrect assumptions, whereas the reality is quite different. Since we cannot rely entirely on these initial perceptions, we can simply make some adjustments to how we approach such situations.
Making a decision based solely on your gut feeling becomes tricky when you have limited information. You cannot rely entirely on your intuition in such cases, as it will be guided only by the information you possess—and the outcome depends heavily on the nature of that information. If you are considering a career-related decision with limited information, you should certainly avoid taking risks; instead of relying on your gut feeling, seek advice from someone knowledgeable in that field. While you might make decisions based on intuition for minor matters, in situations involving major issues or decisions with a profound impact on your life, it is wiser to consult an experienced person rather than relying solely on your gut feeling.
Sometimes, we have very little time and have to make sudden decisions; in such situations, you find yourself listening to your gut feeling because you have no other choice—and there is nothing else you can do, given the lack of alternatives.
In a way, doing something wrong doesn't matter as much as doing it right, because it provides a new experience that teaches us what should and shouldn't be done; it is based on this very experience that we gain insight into things.
