A few days ago, I was invited to accompany 
The best part, aside from the quality of the lectures and theoretical sessions, was the food service; especially the coffee.
The organizers ensured we had a continuous supply of coffee throughout the event.
Elvira was one of the guitar masters invited to the panels and conferences.
She has always been and continues to be my best companion on this coffee discovery journey. Together, we have set out to visit every coffee shop in our country.
However, we didn't know about this café; it took us completely by surprise.
The place is incredible. Without a doubt, it's the most beautiful café we've ever been to (in my opinion).
It even has an artificial river!
The café features a combination of natural vegetation within an artificial, but very well-designed, landscape.
But nothing compares to the joy of sharing coffee and excellent conversation with good friends and magnificent guitarists.
But the coffee was another marvel. We could choose not only the coffee recipe we wanted, but also the brand of coffee to be prepared.
I had never seen that in any other coffee shop, except at PALCO.
So, if you're nearby, here in Havana, and want to have a good coffee, at PALCO, you'll not only find it, but you'll want to stay forever in that wonderful coffee shop.

Hace unos días fui invitado como acompañante de
Lo mejor de todo, aparte de la calidad de las conferencias y los encuentros teóricos, fue el servicio gastronómico; en especial: el café.
Los organizadores garantizaron que tuviéramos un servicio de café constante, entre estos espacios.
Elvira fue una de las Maestras de la guitarra invitada a los paneles y conferencias.
Ella siempre ha sido y es mi mejor compañera de este viaje de descubrimiento cafetero. Juntos nos hemos propuesto visitar todas las cafeterías de nuestro país.
Sin embargo esta cafetería no la conocíamos, nos tomó completamente por sorpresa.
El lugar es increíble. Sin duda alguna es la cafetería más hermosa en la que hemos estado (en mi opinión).
¡Hasta tiene un río artificial!
La cafetería tiene una combinación de vegetación natural en un paisaje artificial, pero muy bien diseñado.
Pero nada se compara con la alegría de compartir el café y una excelente conversación con buenas amigas y magníficas guitarristas.
Pero el café era otra maravilla. Podíamos elegir, no solo la receta de café que quisiéramos, sino también la marca del café a preparar.
Nunca había visto eso en ninguna cafetería, excepto en esta de PALCO.
De modo que, si están cerca, aquí en La Habana y desean tomarse un buen café, en PALCO, no solo lo van a encontrar, sino que desearán quedarse para siempre en aquella maravilla de cafetería.
