Definitivamente los chicos de Funky Fluid han encontrado su estilo. No es que no sepan hacer IPA o cervezas negras, es que en mi opinión son una de las mejores marcas europeas en el estilo. Esta cerveza es un gran ejemplo de ello.
Como he comentado en algunos post anteriores, nos encontramos con el estilo de moda en este momento, puede ser porque acompaña perfectamente con el calor o porque realmente se están haciendo cervezas muy buenas. Pero las Pastry Sour han venido para quedare.

Menudo bombazo de cerveza, la verdad es que está realmente buena. Impresionan esos 9º de alcohol, que pasan desapercibidos entre tanta fruta como si te estuvieras bebiendo un batido.
La cerveza es muy densa, fruto de los 30 gramos de fruta que lleva por litro de cerveza.
Su color es precioso, su espuma consistente y duradera y lo mejor de todo el sabor. La acidez en perfecta armonía con los arándanos, la ciruela, la frambuesa y unos deliciosos y sutiles matices de malvavisco y vainilla.
Como diría Gandalf.... "Corred insensatos" ... y probarla.
The guys from Funky Fluid have definitely found their style. It's not that they don't know how to make IPAs or black beers, it's that in my opinion they are one of the best European brands in the style. This beer is a great example of that.
As I have commented in some previous posts, we find ourselves with the fashionable style at the moment, it may be because it goes perfectly with the heat or because they are really making very good beers. But the Pastry Sours have come to stay.

What a bombshell beer, the truth is that it is really good. Those 9º of alcohol are impressive, which go unnoticed among so much fruit as if you were drinking a milkshake.
The beer is very dense, the result of the 30 grams of fruit that it contains per liter of beer.
Its color is beautiful, its consistent and long-lasting foam and, best of all, its flavor. Acidity in perfect harmony with blueberries, plum, raspberry and some delicious and subtle nuances of marshmallow and vanilla.
As Gandalf would say... "Run you fools"... and taste it.
