Hoy os muestro una cerveza realmente diferente, se trata de la "Rollo Bellini" de los barceloneses de Garage. El estilo, como les gusta llamarle a ellos, es una Barcelona Weisse. Estilo que realmente no existe como tal y que hace un guiño a las Berliner Weisse alemanas, pero añadiendo el nombre de la ciudad española.
Estos estilos se caracterizan por dos cosas, en primer lugar la acidez extrema de sus cervezas y en segundo lugar por el toque frutal de las mismas. Para rizar el rizo, Garage ha querido rendir homenaje al famoso cocktail "The Bellini" en esta cerveza, y realmente lo han conseguido.

Tal y como he dicho, además del toque ácido, fiel al estilo del cocktail aparece un marcado sabor a uva Xarello (Base del citado combinado). La mezcla de maltas de trigo y la famosa cebada Golden Promise, aportan sutileza y suavidad al trago, en el que también aparecen matices a melocotón.
En resumen una cerveza compleja, pero refrescante y con un final suave y seco.
Today I show you a really different beer, it is the "Rollo Bellini" from the Barcelonans from Garage. The style, as they like to call them, is a Barcelona Weisse. Style that does not really exist as such and that winks at the German Berliner Weisse, but adding the name of the Spanish city.
These styles are characterized by two things, firstly the extreme acidity of their beers and secondly by their fruity touch. To round out the loop, Garage wanted to pay homage to the famous cocktail "The Bellini" in this beer, and they really succeeded.

As I have said, in addition to the acid touch, true to the style of the cocktail, there is a marked flavor of Xarello grape (Base of the aforementioned combination). The mixture of wheat malts and the famous Golden Promise barley provide subtlety and smoothness to the drink, in which nuances of peach also appear.
In summary, a complex beer, but refreshing and with a soft and dry finish.
