La verdad es que en Estados Unidos levantas una piedra y sale una cervecera artesanal. Su cuota de mercado es del 30% muy por encima de la media europea o espa帽ola, a cual apenas es del 3%. Eso hace que se pueda invertir, innovar y crear productos de calidad. Lo cierto es que estamos a a帽os luz de los americanos en lo que a cerveza artesana se refiere.

Lo que m谩s me ha sorprendido es el aroma. Se nota que el Dry Hopped ha sido importante en esta cerveza. Mezcla de l煤pulo cl谩sico americano que aporta amargor y notas c铆tricas, con l煤pulo moderno neozeland茅s que le da ese toque afrutado.
Muy correcta en su elaboraci贸n y deliciosa en boca.

What surprised me the most is the aroma. You can tell that Dry Hopped has been important in this beer. Blend of classic American hops that provide bitterness and citrus notes, with modern New Zealand hops that give it that fruity touch.
Very correct in its preparation and delicious in the mouth.
