1/2 kg chicken breast fillets washed and drained. Add salt to taste, 2 tsp vinegar and 1/2 tsp garlic paste. Soak like this for half an hour. Now take each fillet and make a hole like a pocket from the middle. Mix 200 grams of Korano cheese with 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes. Stuff the chicken with this mixture. Roll the stuffed fillets in dry flour mixed with salt and 1/2 tsp pepper powder.
