The next entry for the daily monomad challenge is some pictures of a traditional barista at one of the coffee shops in my town. A young well-trained barista whose job is to make sure the quality of coffee before serving on the table. It's easy to find such a traditional barista in town or even the village as we still prefer to have traditional coffee to coffee that is processed by the coffee machines. So, on that afternoon I had a little chance while having coffee, to photograph this barista when he was doing his work.
