They are selling local food on the little boat which was purposely made to be a floating stall.
I directed the lens to another floating stall. Perhaps, they are engaging in a transactional conversation. Buyers lining in the docks haggle and purchase the food.
The visitors simply order the favorite food or snack and they can directly see how their food was made.
