NEO fell under $33 where recently it was approaching $60. NEO declined Chinese investment after China's government decided to start some small regulation on ICOs. This was a smart business move for NEO, and this is only a temporary halt. The price will return back to normal, as this is only a pullback after a period of heavy profits. Things are looking good.
