I had an active day today.
The weather was favorable, if a little chilly, so I got outside and did some stuff. I took my dog for a run and that was some cardiovascular exercise. I've been a little paranoid about my breathing. I have a bit of a runny nose again, probably because I spent a while in the cold. What I'm really worried about is the tiny bit of wheezing I notice. It's really not all that unusual for me, but with the pandemic going on even mild respiratory dysfunction catches my attention.
The awareness is more troublesome than the actual wheezing. At least I'm mindful of it I suppose. I'll just have to do more abdominal breathing exercises.
Aside from that paranoia I mentioned I'm psychologically well. I think the exercise went a long way to help on that front. I also did a bit of lifting too which usually improves my mood. Aside from the physical stuff, my day was somewhat restful again. I did more gaming than work for sure.
At least I'm still alive and in my own home for now.
