Now I will introduce to you a lemon tea shop that I like, this is also the place where I often gather to meet friends.
The name of the shop is: "Tiệm trà chanh 10x" - ( lemon tea shop 10x)
Lemon tea is simply lemon, sugar with tea. Any kind of tea and any kind of lemon together makes lemon tea. Only a few people drink traditional lemon tea, customers often order more toppings to drink with lemon tea such as pearls, jelly or aloe vera. Baristas often use green tea, black tea, jasmine tea or olong tea to make lemon tea or milk tea. They brew the tea in stainless steel pots and keep it for 8 hours, after 8 hours if the tea is still in the pot they will have to discard it. I know the details of the lemon tea recipe because during my time in high school, I had several part-time jobs. I worked as a barista for lemon tea and milk tea for a restaurant in my town and I had to quit after a few months because I had to go to college. It was my first part-time job, which helped me buy school supplies, food, and clothes... And i think, besides studying, we should have different part-time jobs while studying in high school or university. It will help us learn a lot of new things, will accumulate a lot of experience and you know when we want to apply for a job at a certain company, employers always ask for "work experience". Until now, I am 22 years old and I have had about 7 different part-time jobs such as: tea bartender, brewery worker, online salesman, accountant,marketing staff, youtube content maker and i have found my 2 passions : blogging and crypto currency , this is my longest job and i will continue working in this profession until i am old haha 😄.
Taiwanese milk tea, Korean spicy noodles are trends that were once Generation Z's favorite drinks and food in 2016-2018. At that time, there were many spicy noodle restaurant chains and milk tea restaurant chains appeared. There are many famous brands of milk tea such as: Gong cha, the Alley,tiger sugar, bobapop, sharetea, heekcaa, ding tea, tubo tea, feeling tea, tocotoco, royaltea, bumba, goky, koi thé, tenren, R&B,..there were too many brands of milk tea and I can't remember them all. At that time, everyone liked milk tea including me, I drank milk tea every day. After that, the milk tea trend became weaker because Vietnamese people started looking for a cheaper, healthier drink, that is: "lemon tea".
*About the price: Milk tea costs 1-2 dollars, lemon tea only costs 0.5 dollars - 0.8 dollars.
*About health: Lemon tea is healthier than milk tea, milk tea has a lot of fat in it, even the recipe for making milk tea at some restaurants is "milk powder" rather than "fresh milk". I don't know where those milk powder packets come from and are they clean or not?
*About the design of milk tea shop and lemon tea shop
Milk tea shops: modern design and many beautiful spaces to take pictures. But because of that polite design, we can't be comfortable if we meet our friends. No one dares to talk loudly or joke with each other in such a luxurious space, it is really impolite.
Lemon tea shops: Spacious and airy, comfortable to meet friends and joke around. Vietnamese people have the habit of gathering in groups and talking a lot, that is our tradition. You can see that habit in collective dishes like hot pot, when everyone eats the same hot pot or a certain dish. Seems unhygienic but it's tradition lol even when eating 😂 Personally, I hate eating together like that, but what's traditional can't be changed.
Moreover, drinking tea is a daily habit of old people in Vietnam. They usually start the morning with a cup of tea to get energy for the whole day. Drinking tea is a beautiful custom in Vietnamese culture, tea is a mandatory drink in weddings, meetings, or as part of a gossip between friends. That's why lemon tea has become a modern drink culture for youngsters.
Like other lemon tea shops, the space of 10x lemon tea shop has the main clolor is yellow. Yellow creates warmth and joy, when we see this color we also feel more comfortable. There are different drawings on each wall - youthful decoration style suitable for young people. This lemon tea shop has a guitar, so anyone who loves to play guitar can play on site. I went to this lemon tea shop with my younger brothers, we talked a lot about cryptocurrencies 😂
In short, this lemon tea restaurant is a fun place to gather with friends and lemon tea became popular and loved by many Vietnamese because it is suitable for Vietnamese culture.
