YOGA- A Key To Remain Healthy

Hello guys I am back with my new post. If like my post, then please comment below. And I really hope that you guys will like it.
I hope you all know that, today is Yoga Day. It was started by our prime minister Narendra Modi on 21th June in the year 2015. This day is observed as Yoga Day worldwide. Yoga is very helpful for us. It prevents our body from diseases and other types of body pain. Today, I enjoyed with my family a lot doing yoga together. It was a great fun. I hope you all might have also done yoga with your family. If you don't do yoga on a regular basis then as per my opinion you should have done for today to keep up the spirit of yoga set by our prime minister Narendra Modi. Yoga is not harmful in anyway, there are only and only benefits of yoga. If you do yoga then you will remain fit. Hope if you have done yoga with your family today, then you might have also enjoyed like me. So,I advice you to do yoga to remain healthy as it is wisely said,"Health is wealth."
I posted this to share experience of today and help you to know something about yoga and to provoke you all to do yoga.
