Yoga it's a spiritual practice, as such never can be propriety of something ie: time and place, nor of someone. As such, spiritual, it's an individual practice, that lead one to elevation. One begin from nothing, not knowing about it, or better speaking from something inside a intelligent person, to a never ending practice that unfold in infinite possibility. Like driving a car, everyone can do it, but the mode to do it is completely singular. That is Yoga in my, not humble, but strict and firm sentiment. A real master always wants is disceple be like or more than him.
