31 days of yoga

Hello everyone. I wanted to write a little post about something i recently started. I've been working out a lot and going to several work out classes. But sometimes things come up and i can't go and it's a bit upsetting . So i decided to start 31 days of yoga with Adriene at home. Today was my first day and it was amazing. The video is only 23 minutes long and it only felt like 10. I am so looking forward to the upcoming days! Any one else is into yoga?
