Learning new things usually means being laughably bad at first, especially as adults. So laugh! But never stop learning. Never stop listening, being open and receptive to what your teachers (and your body is one of those teachers) tell you. If we stop learning, we stop growing, and then we are stagnant. Life is hard to enjoy when you're stagnant .
