Whenever you can't control the anger or if you feel that your anger dominating you. Just try these things.

  1. Get out from that place immediately
  2. Ask yourself to stay cool and ensure that this moment is not permanent
  3. Start hearing your favourite songs
    4.Divert your mind watching comedy videos
  4. Look yourself at mirror, the angry face makes you to smile.
