This is a full-body and endurance interval training workout but DEFINITELY you can go with your own pace (until we get those arms strong for the push-ups lol)
Remember: with ONLY 20 minutes of your day - we can do this:
We are going to divide this workout into 2 segments:

We do these exercises in sequence for ONLY 9 minutes - then, we take 1 minute break walking, breathing and recovering ...(KEEP MARCHING, never stay in one place ventilating when you are out of breath)
1:00 minute Jumping Jacks
0:30 Seconds Side lateral Lunges
0:30 seconds Squats
1:00 minute Jog in place
0:30 seconds Burpees
0:30 seconds Front Lunges
1:00 minute Jump rope
0:30 seconds Mountain climbers
0:30 seconds Speed skater
1:00 minute Buttkickers
0:30 seconds Lunge kicks
0:30 seconds Squats
1:00 minute Marche in place
0:30 seconds Side lateral lunges
NOW, we take 1 minute break walking, breathing and recovering. When we're ready we REPEAT all the set one more time Then, Guess what?
