I want to workout at home this holiday season - but I do not have time and I Hate Push-ups!

This is Not a tall order and the solution is HERE for only a 20 minutes time investment
With this type of exercise we can burn MAXIMUM calories in a MINIMUM amount of time
This is a full-body and endurance interval training workout but DEFINITELY you can go with your own pace (until we get those arms strong for the push-ups lol)

Remember: with ONLY 20 minutes of your day - we can do this:

We are going to divide this workout into 2 segments:

This is our formula:
We do these exercises in sequence for ONLY 9 minutes - then, we take 1 minute break walking, breathing and recovering ...(KEEP MARCHING, never stay in one place ventilating when you are out of breath)

1:00 minute Jumping Jacks
