Anyway, i'm still motivated to kick some butt in the gym!
I start with some SAW pre workout to get me pumped a little. Because today it's chest, back and abs. And my muscles still hurt from my workout yesterday so...
Have a quick look at my workout schedule.
So i have to do 20 reps of all these exercises. Some 4 times and some 3, this is what they call supersets. Pffff, haivy stuff.
Anyway i feel motivated to keep up the good work!
