This time I will show you how to make a barbecue in supreme version, thanks to which you certainly will not fall into the complexes during a family barbecue, and on the contrary you probably will not be able to shake off the plate full of delicacies from people eager for your.

Ingredients needed to make four good portions:

600 g of salmon fillet / 4 spring of rosemery / 2 tablespoons of olive / 2 tablespoons balsamic sauce / lemon pepper to taste / salt to taste.

12 young carrotes / 2 tablespoons olive / 1 flat teaspoon curry / 1 flat teaspoon of colorful pepper / salt to taste.

12 French potatoes / 2 tablespoons olive / 4 crushed garlic cloves / salt and pepper to taste.

2 zucchinis / 2 tablespoon olive / 1 tablespoon of mustard / 1 tablespoon of honey / 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar / pinch of curry / pinch of thyme / salt and pepper to taste.

400 g of Halloumi chesse / 1 tablespoon aivar paste / 1 tablespoons olive / pinch of cayenne pepper / pinch of dried paprika / salt to taste.

2 ciabattas / 50 g of rucolla / 1 clove of peeled garlic / 50 ml olive/ 20 g of almond flakes / salt and pepper to taste.

2 peppers yellow / 2 peppers red / 2 cebules red / 3 tablespoons soy sauce / 1 tablespoon of olive / 1 spoonful of dried pepper / a pinch of sugar cane / a pinch of provencal herbs / pepper to taste.

500 g mushrooms / 20 g yellow cheese / 10 cherry tomatoes / salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Salmon with rosemary:
Wash the washed salmon filet into 4 pieces, which we cut in the middle and put on the aluminum foil oiled with olive.
In place of the incision put the rosemary branches, season the fish, and the top pour the balsamic vinegar. We wrap tightly in a silverware.

Baked carrots and potatoes:
We wash the carrots and put them in aluminum foil oiled, season and wrap the foil tightly.
We do the same with potatoes with the use of other spices.

Zucchini in mustard:
Add the mustard and olive to the bowl and mix gently with a rod, then add the rest of the spices. The sauce obtained in this way is smeared with a brush with zucchini cut into slices one centimeter, thick and placed on an aluminum tray.

Skewers of peppers and onions:
Add all the spices and mix to the olive oil bowl, add the diced pepper and cut onions, marinate the vegetables for a few minutes, then put on the sticks and put on an aluminum tray.

Grilled mushrooms:
Remove the feet from the washed mushrooms, put the mushrooms on the aluminum tray and season them on the top, instead of the legs put in a quartered cherry tomatoes and cover them with a piece of cheese.

Pesto of ruccolla:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a blender.

Serve haloumi cheese in half and marinate in spices with the addition of olive oil.

Cut ciabatta in to the sandwiches.

When it comes to grilling, the matter is simple, salmon needs 15 minutes on medium heat, we do not rotate it.
We grill the rest on the feeling until the vegetables are soft and flexible and at the same time they will get the right color.
Halloumi cheese needs 2 minutes on each side.
We bake Ciabatta on low heat so as not to burn sandwiches and after baking we spread with rocket pestle.
Put the carrots and potatoes into the heat and dig them well so that the temperature is even, bake about half an hour.

At the end I will add that the grilling times are approximate and should not be strictly adhered to, a lot depends on good temperature control. 😈
