In 2019, people are so busy and they have no time for exercises and proper diet plan.
Despite of all these things we can decrease our weight without following a strict diet plan and hard exercises.

Try to avoid oily food and junk food.
Sleep at least 8 hours
Go to early bed, don't awake late at night.
Don't take depression and tension for any unnecessary things.
Just if you follow these things which are very easy and not hard, you can lose about 5 pound weight per month.
