Carrot Tea
Ingredients.
Carrot 1 or few pieces.
Milk 1 glass.
Black Tea 3 to 5 grams.
Sugar or honey as required.

Method
Wash the carrots in clean water.
Take 1 or 2 carrots and blend to a fine paste.
Extract the juice from the paste.
Take a glass of milk or water.
Boil the pan for few minutes.
Add the black tea or tea bag to the pan.
Let it brew for few minutes.
Strain the tea in a cup.
Add the carrot juice to pan.
Add the sugar or honey to taste.
Mix evenly.

The natural taste of carrot adds more sweetness to the tea. But to add more sweet add honey or sugar.
