Anise Tea or Jeera Tea

Anise seeds are worthy for well-being. They remove all toxins from the body. Reduces Body heat.
In many places people drink water boiled with anise seeds regularly. There are also many candies for the kids to encourage intake of these seeds, where the seeds are coated with colorful sweets.

It helps in digestion too. Many of the restaurants in India serve a cup of anise seeds, candies made of anise seeds after the meal. They follow it as tradition until today.

Consistent drinking of this method also gives an additional benefit to your skin. It gives a good glow to the skin that is visible in few days.

Ingredients
Anise seeds 1 teaspoon
1 Glass Milk.
Black Tea 3 to 5 grams.
Sugar or honey as required.

Method
Take one cup of milk or water in a pan.
Boil the pan.
Add one teaspoon of anise seeds.
Boil milk and anise seeds in low flame.
Let the seeds boil for 4-5 minutes.
Add black tea to the pan.
Brew the tea for 3 to 5 minutes.
Make sure the milk does not spills over.
Keep stirring if the milk is about to spill the pan.
Strain the decotion.
Add sugar or honey to taste.
Stir the cup.
Consuming the seeds along with the milk also works just as good.
